How to Register Your Transfer Student

For a fast, easy, and convenient way to register, click the 'REGISTER NOW' button to the left. Registration forms are available here or at any of our school offices. Military families may also obtain forms directly from the Fort Drum School Liaison. If you prefer to receive the registration packet via email, please send your request to data@carthagecsd.org.

Required Documentation

The following must be submitted with your completed form:

• Proof of residence
• Birth certificate (or other approved documentation as outlined in the welcome letter)
• Custody paperwork (if applicable)
• Current NYS physical and proof of immunizations (Must be provided by the start of school. Detailed requirements can be found on our Health Services page.)

Submitting Your Application

If not registering online, you may return your completed packet and supporting documents via:

• In-Person: Drop off at any school office.

What Happens Next?

Once processed, the individual school building in which your student will attend will contact you regarding teacher assignments, transportation, orientation, and other start-of-school details.
