What are Campus Parent and Campus Student?

Stay connected with your child’s education through the Infinite Campus Portal. This powerful tool provides real-time access to student information, helping parents and students stay engaged and informed.

One Portal, Two Experiences

The portal is an intuitive, secure system designed to bring teachers, parents, and students together.

What you can view:

  • Academic Progress: Grades, assignments, and homework.
  • Daily Logistics: Class schedules and transportation details.
  • Health & Attendance: Attendance records and health updates.
  • District Notices: Important announcements and school news.

Update Information Online

Skip the paperwork! Parents can now update the following information directly through Campus Parent:

  • Demographics: Names, addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Household Details: Family members and relationships.
  • Emergency Contacts: Add or remove contacts instantly.

Note: Once you submit a change, you will receive a notification in your Portal Inbox when the update is processed. Detailed instructions are available under the "District Notices" section of your portal.

How to Get Started

For Parents & Guardians

To create your account, please choose one of the following:

  1. Register by Email: Send your preferred username to data@carthagecsd.org.
  2. Register in Person: Fill out a registration form at your child’s school building.
  3. Portal Registration Email: Received after online registration is submitted and complete.

First-Time Login If Account Created by #1 or #2 Above:

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for account creation.
  • Log in using your requested username and the temporary password: parentportal.
  • You will be prompted to create a secure, permanent password during your first login.

Note: If you choose not to create a portal account, you must contact your child’s school building directly to report any changes to your information.

For Students

Student accounts are created automatically. Username/Password are the same as the student's Chromebook username/password.

Ways to Access the Portal

  • Web: Visit www.carthagecsd.org and click "Infinite Campus Portal" under the Quick Links menu.
  • Direct Link: Bookmark the Infinite Campus Login Page
  • Mobile: Download the Campus Parent or Campus Student app from the App Store or Google Play.
