The Carthage Central School District Board of Education has held a public hearing on Monday, January 23, 2017, at 6:00 pm, at the High School library, 36500 NYS Rte. 26, Carthage NY, to receive public comments regarding the district’s preliminary Smart Schools Investment Plan. During this meeting the plan was Board approved and is available on the district's website.

The Smart Schools Bond Act (SSBA) was authorized by Governor Cuomo in the 2014-2015 NYS budget. Please find the CCSD Smart Schools Preliminary Investment Plan (SSIP) and related documents below. This preliminary plan was approved by the CCSD BOE December 12, 2016.
