Carthage All-Sports Booster Club has the unique opportunity to assist other Carthage school clubs/programs, as well as community organizations, by sharing the use of our concession stand for their particular event.
Our $110.00 Rental Fee consists of:
$30.00 Non-Refundable Fee
$30.00 Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit
$50.00 Refundable Key Deposit
In order to request the use of our concession stands:
1. Complete the Rental Agreement
2. Turn it into the Booster Club Board or Athletic Office along with the Rental Fees
Once we have received all of the required information and fees, we will vote on it at the next scheduled board meeting.
If approved, the applicant will be contacted and arrangements will be made to deliver the keys.
