Aide Staff Goals
- To clarify responsibilities of aides so that performance may be consistent and the expectations clear and reasonable.
- Improve teamwork by providing opportunities for communication between teachers, TA’s and aides.
- Include feedback from aides regarding IEP planning and support for students.
